How Do I Get My Hot On! New Home Cash Back Rebate?
The most important thing to remember is, if WE don't get paid by the Builder YOU don't get your Cash Back Rebate.
Here's how it works:
1. PERSONALIZE & PRINT your Client Registration Form.
2. REGISTER Hot On! as your Broker of Record with any new home community sales office ON YOUR FIRST VISIT.
3. When you enter into a sales contract with a New Home Builder be sure Hot On! is entered on the contract as your Broker of Record. This is the ONLY way we can guarantee you get your Cash Back Rebate.
4. Once you have a signed contract FAX it to Hot On! so we may follow up with the New Home Builder.
5. When your new home closes, Hot On! will give you up to 1% of the purchase price of your new home as a cash rebate. It's that simple. See the Cash Back Rebate Terms and Requirements for complete details.

1. Provide a means for you to receive cash back at the closing of your new home.
2. Provide online tools to help in your search of new home communities.
3. Provide guidance when negotiating with a New Home Builder.
4. Read in detail how we represent you: Buyer Representation Agreement.
Here's what you do to earn your Cash Back Rebate:
1. Find your home--Hotonhomes.com is a good research tool in this search, however, we know there are many tools available online to help you with your search. Feel free to use them all.
2. When you visit a New Home Builder ON YOUR FIRST VISIT, be sure Hot On! has been entered as your Broker of Record.
3. Be sure Hot On! is entered on the sales contract as your Broker of Record. If we are not on the deal there is no way for us to give you the Cash Back Rebate.
