Can I work with another Realtor and still get my Hot On! Cash Back Rebate?
No. Hot On! must be the only Broker of Record receiving a normal real estate commission from the New Home Builder. This allows Hot On! to pass on a portion of the commission to you as a Cash Back Rebate.
Does Hot On! visit New Homes Builders with me?
No. This is how you earn your Cash Back Rebate. However, we do provide online tools to help you with your search, such as the New Home Communities and New Home Builders pages.
Does Hot On! help me negotiate with the New Home Builder?
Yes. See the Buyer Representation Agreement for complete details.
Will Hot On! work with ANY Builder?
Yes. We will be happy to work with any Builder. Even if you don't find them on our website. There are many Builders in the market today and we will work with them all.
